What does the Quick Medical Clinic Primary Care provide for me? Services Included (under the program) for $50 (age 16-60), $80 (60 years and above) a month: ¨ Regular office visits, follow-up visits, after hours and weekend visits. ¨ Physicals—Routine well-child exams and immunizations, newborn care, Pap smears, sports and DOT physicals. ¨ Chronic conditions...Diabetes, hypertension, asthma, emphysema. ¨ Blood pressure checks ¨ Office lung testing ¨ Suture/staple removal ¨ Toenail excision ¨ Wart treatment ¨ Labs—urinalysis, mono tests, strep tests, and pregnancy tests. ¨ If additional lab work, x-rays, or other services are needed, they will be available for a reduced fee. Services Not Included: ¨ Fees for pathology, radiology, etc. ¨ Out of office referrals for physical therapy, massage therapy, specialist care, chronic pain management, exercise treadmill testing.
